  I just had the same experience today. My father dropped off an air compressor in October 2010. He picked it up (finally) on November 16, 2010. Just a “tune up” cost over $80. WTH? Oh well. Tried to use the compressor in February 2011, and found that it would not run at ALL. Took it back to Kevin, and he promised “he would make it right, take care of it". Well, apparently this guy word is not worth the breath he wasted to say it.
  He decided that he would put a kit in the carb...but he apparently did not know what he was doing as he destroyed the carb taking it apart. He refused to return phone calls, laughed in my Dad's face multiple times, and refused to make it right.
  Today, I go to retrieve the compressor and find it setting outside in the weather with no covering what so ever, no carb installed, and no holes covered to prevent rust. The carb was inside, in a box in several pieces. It's a shame that some people think that they can do business in this way, so our only prayer is that someone else will read this and not make the same mistake we did. Just because it's a small town doesn't mean you can trust everyone...at least this entire family...very disappointed that they would not make it right. I feel sorry for this guy because he was never taught any manners either.
  
  The final straw was this clown calling the police. REALLY? So basically it cost us $82 dollars and a lot of time dealing with someone. Please see the star rating...a 1 is TOO HIGH!!! RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
